For nearly a decade, Aisha has been teaching inclusive and Body Positive Yoga, applying her values of curiousity and joyfulness to every class and making a judgement free and welcoming environment for her students. She has taught everyone from gym goers, university students, busy professionals and Yoga teachers.
With over a dozen certifications, Aisha is a 500hr registered Yoga teacher, a Mental Health First Aider and a specialist in Yoga Therapy for Anxiety. She believes wholeheartedly that Yoga is for everybody, and has taught on many Yoga teacher trainings about diversity and inclusivity, as well as removing diet culture from Yoga and Wellness spaces.

Participate in interactive sessions crafted for your Yoga Teacher Training or other professional development course. These workshops discuss the history of dieting, the pitfalls of combining Wellness with diet culture and leave your trainees with a cohesive plan on holding spaces that are Body Positive.
Transformative Corporate Wellbeing
Looking to increase your team’s mental health and productivity, as well as reducing sickness related absences all while helping your team bond through joyful movement – these inclusive and accessible Wellness based classes can either be taught online or in person in South and Central London.
Empowering masterclasses
Dive into in-depth workshops designed to empower both Yoga students and teachers with specialist knowledge that wouldn’t be covered in a conventional Yoga class. Studios will benefit by Aisha teaching their students how to adapt Yoga poses to their individual needs, and freeing the students from the confines of Diet Culture that discourage them from attending Yoga classes.
