Aisha Nash is a 500hr RYT who teaches a wide variety of classes, from strength based Vinyasa Yoga to blissed out Restorative and Yin Yoga. Coming from a busy, professional lifestyle, Aisha returned to the Yoga practices she had learned as a child to help restore her body from the stress of her career, and feels passionate about helping others to benefit in the same way.

Aisha’s classes are designed to be warm, welcoming and inclusive to people of all shapes, sizes and abilities. In contrast to common misconceptions and misrepresentations of Yoga as needing to involve advanced gymnastic poses, poses in Aisha’s classes are adapted to suit her students’ individual physiology, body types and any other specific needs. Just as no two students are the same, no two classes of Aisha’s are the same, with her fluid, responsive approach to teaching that puts her students at the heart of everything and provides a fun and dynamic learning environment.

Aisha embraces her South Asian heritage to provide her students with an authentic Yoga experience. Her classes remove a lot of the harmful and restrictive dietary practices that have infilitrated modern wellness spaces, and she instead focuses on nourishing the mental & emotional wellbeing of her students, ensuring that they leave each session energised and with a quietened mind.
